will have "HOME" swim meets on the following dates:
Tuesday: December 1st (Cottage
Grove)
Thursday: January 21st
(Reedsport)
Thursday: January 29th
(Phoenix)
Friday: February 12th
(Distict)
There
will be NO SCAT practices on these days!
All
meets begin at 4pm if you would like to come watch! We will also
not have swim practice on December 24th,
25th, 31st, and January
1st.

Mini
Meet - 5:00 pm (NO 4:00pm novice practice)
Our
annual SCAT membership General meeting will be held after the mini
at 6:00 pm. We will be electing officers for the coming year . Look
for more information in your boxes very
soon!
Christmas Party - after mini meet and general
election.
Christmas tree ornament contest. This year, our theme will be
snowflakes.
Have
your creation completed and turned in on or before the mini meet.
There will be prizes given out that
night.
*We
had 8 swimmers recognized at the 29th Annual Awards
Ceremony in Canby, OR on November 22nd. They will all
had top 5 times in the Stare for their respective events. The
honoree’s recognized were as follows: Cassie Dallas, Rachel
Heaney, Grace knutsen, Sarah Kuykendall, Nathan Monohon, Karl
Stuntzner- Gibson, Max Stuntzner- Gibson, and Kevin Waller.
Congratulations to all of you!
*Rachel Heaney, a senior from North Bend High School,
Officially
signed
her acceptance letter to Boise State University on Monday,
November, 16th. She is excited to start the fall of 2010
with a GREAT swimming scholarship package in tow. Congratulations
Rachel! Her years of hard work have paid off, and we are very proud
of her!
*Our
team recently went to the Lincoln City Pumpkin Sprint meet in
Lincoln City, where both our boys and girls were 3rd out
of 9 teams - way to go swimmers!
