Eligibility: Swimmers must be currently registered with USA Swimming.
NO ON DECK REGISTRATION SHALL BE PERMITTED.
Swimmers be within the listed age brackets as of March 13, 2010. Only swimmers from invited teams are eligible.
Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by 5:00pm, Monday March 1, 2010.
Entry limits: Swimmers may enter a maximum of six (6) events for the entire meet and two (2) relays per day. This is a single format meet.
Entry Fees: $3.00 Oregon Swimming surcharge per swimmer
$2.00 Individual event fee
$8.00 relay entry fee
$4.00 Award surcharge per swimmer

Facility: Indoor 25‑yard, 6 lane pool with non‑turbulent lane lines. Starting blocks at the deep end of the pool (10 ft.). Shallow end is 3'6". Colorado Timing System with strobe/horn start and scoreboard. Meet Manager will be utilized. Parking is available at the pool and the elementary school across the street. Facility is accessible to adaptive swimmers. Pool will open doors 1 hour prior to warm-ups.
Restrictions: TOBACCO PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON DECK, IN THE BLEACHERS OR IN THE LOCKER ROOM.

Check-In: The 500 freestyle will be deck seeded. Positive check-in will be required. Please provide your own timers and lap counters.
Rules: Current USA Swimming and Oregon Swimming inc. rules will govern this meet.
Safety: Current Oregon Swimming Safety Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be in effect and strictly enforced. Jumping into the pool is not allowed.
1. Diving is allowed in only designated lanes
2. Marshals assigned to supervise warm-up will have the authority to remove swimmers not following safety rules from warm-up or the meet.
3. Coaches are responsible for supervision during warm-up and during the meet. Swimmers who participate without USA swimming certified coach present must notify the meet referee in advance: a certified coach will be assigned.
Bull Pen: A bullpen will be provided for all 8 & U swimmers. All other swimmer shall report directly to their assigned lanes.

Officials/Timers We always welcome the help of certified officials from other clubs. Prior to the meet contact Linda Postma at. postma@bauercom.net
There will be an officials meeting 45 minutes before the start of the meet. Each Club is expected to designate the lane timers who will report to the head timer fifteen minutes before the start of the meet.
Coaches Meeting Coaches meeting will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of meet. The pool will be closed for warm-ups at that time.
Concessions: Food will be served throughout the meet.
Hospitality: Hot and cold drinks and snacks will be provided for the coaches, timers and deck officials. Breakfast & Lunch will be provided for deck officials and coaches.
